This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Data Analyst, AdTech/Omnichannel in India. The Sr. Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across digital advertising and omnichannel platforms. Working with cross-functional teams, you will manage and optimize data pipelines, implement workflow automation, and deliver high-impact analysis to support both internal stakeholders and external clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on advanced analytics platforms, enhance attribution models, and contribute to product innovation. You will operate in a remote-friendly environment with flexible working hours, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and client teams. The position is ideal for a proactive, technically skilled professional passionate about data, analytics, and AdTech/omnichannel solutions. \n Accountabilities: Take ownership of key workflows like HCP365 and Omnichannel across the organization. Build, maintain, and improve BigQuery SQL-based pipelines and Airflow DAGs. Conduct R&D and contribute to roadmap planning for new product features. Support client teams with deep-dive analysis, troubleshooting, and ad hoc reporting. Translate complex data into client-facing insights, dashboards, and clear recommendations. Ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance of data workflows and attribution models. Collaborate with Product Managers, BI, Engineering, and Client Teams to enhance analytics platforms. Participate in automation initiatives, workflow optimization, and data storytelling projects. Requirements: 5–7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, AdTech, or Omnichannel analytics. Strong knowledge of deterministic and probabilistic attribution methodologies. Expertise in SQL (writing and debugging complex queries) and experience with BigQuery. Proficiency with Airflow, ETL pipelines, or workflow scheduling tools. Strong understanding of data workflows, joins, deduplication, and QA. Experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and BI software (Tableau, Looker, etc.). Familiarity with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.). Python experience for automation or workflow logic. Experience designing and optimizing data pipelines, dashboards, or workflow automation. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred: exposure to health-related datasets, project management tools (JIRA, Confluence), ELT experience, or building data products from scratch.
