Description

The Pharma Digital Process Excellence Organization follows Cardinal Health’s core value of innovation by transforming key business processes such as sales, distribution, logistics, procurement, and finance using digital process mining tools. These tools, like Celonis, will use transactional data, master data and event data from our core enterprise systems to mine the business process and recognize both process inefficiencies and variations that hinder our growth. The Digital Process Excellence team will use these insights to surface improvement opportunities proactively, coach our business partners how best to implement improvements, and lead campaigns which ultimately improve the way we operate. This team will collaborate with our business teams to deliver value to our business across all elements of digital - data, process, people, and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and ensure successful project execution.
  • Work with leaders and teams across different domains to ensure they adopt consistent approaches to driving business process improvements, leveraging the processes, tools, and capabilities available
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and optimize processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Deploy new processes, tools, and capabilities, supported with appropriate communication, training, and documentation

Qualifications:

  • BS Degree in an Engineering, Science or Supply Chain discipline.
  • 10+ years experience in business process management across multiple functional areas (e.g., sales, distribution, logistics, procurement, and finance) preferred
  • Process discovery, design, modelling, and implementation experience in a Supply Chain environment (Preferred)
  • Results oriented mindset, operates with high sense of urgency. Proven track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers and delivering results ahead of schedule
  • Ability to think strategically while also being attentive to details
  • An effective influencer. Builds trust by demonstrating process and technical knowledge.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gain insights from data. Understands what data is required to answer key business questions.
  • Experience building and leading cross-functional Agile / Scrum teams
  • Design Thinking experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak in both business and technical terms.
