Description Loch Harbour Group seeks a New Orleans-based Sr. Data Analyst to provide on-site program support to the Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council (GCERC), a federal agency administering $3.2 billion in Gulf restoration funding. The analyst reports daily to GCERC's Programs Supervisor and operates as the embedded contractor resource within the Council's mission staff. Local residency in the New Orleans area is required. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. What You'll Do Maintain records management tracking and liaise between GCERC staff and the records management contractor Build and quality-check datasets for incorporation into the COAST SharePoint site Track field site visits, monitor observation form completion, and send reminders to program staff Produce bi-weekly status reports for the Director of Ecosystem Restoration Programs Take notes during staff calls and publish formatted summaries within 24 hours Maintain document development schedules and track staff assignments Draft, format, and finalize programmatic documents in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including figures, graphics, and presentations Support standard operating procedure (SOP) development and program documentation organization Safeguard Controlled Unclassified Information and PII in accordance with NARA, the Federal Records Act, and GSA Order PBS 3490.3 CHG 1 Requirements Required Qualifications U.S. Citizen Active Public Trust Clearance OR federal background investigation adjudicated within the last 24 months Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Data Management, Information Management, Business Administration, Data Science, Public Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal government programs, agencies, or contracts Demonstrated experience with federal records management, program reporting, data tracking, or administrative operations Advanced proficiency with: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Online Microsoft 365 collaboration tools Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Experience extracting, validating, analyzing, and reporting on data from multiple systems and sources Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, trackers, and program documentation Strong written communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills Location: New Orleans, LA Current residence in the New Orleans metropolitan area is required Ability to work full-time on-site at GCERC offices in downtown New Orleans during core hours Employment Type: Full-time, contract-funded with a 5-year potential period of performance Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, core hours 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Central Clearance: U.S. citizenship and Active Public Trust clearance or a federal background investigation adjudicated within the last 24 months About Loch Harbour Group Loch Harbour Group is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business founded in 1995.
