Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in ITSM/IT Service Management/IT Product Management or related fields
- 4+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum of 2 years working experience with data and enablement tools
- Minimum of 1 years of experience with Snowflake, MS SQL, HANA or similar databases
- Minimum of 2 year of experience with Agile Scrum, writing user stories and Agile methodology
- Expert level experience back-office application skills, including Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint & Word
- Excellent interpersonal skills and above average writing and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels of the organization with a very high attention to detail.
- Desire to work in a high paced collaborative, teamwork-oriented global environment.
- English language required C2: 90-95%

DESIRE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within medical device industry and/or other highly regulated industries
- Minimum of 2 years supporting supply chain, quality or manufacturing
- Proven expert level analytical and problem-solving experience
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced data manipulation and analysis
- Proven experiencing in influencing change
- Organization skills and the ability to handle work of a highly confidential nature
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service
- Understanding of software validation or documentation in highly regulated industries
- Previous Boston Scientific Experience

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is for a Senior Business Analyst in the IT Global Operations Data & Analytics team. This role will be a critical to the success of the multi-region agile scrum data engineering team. You will partner very closely with the Product Manager to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into a roadmap of delivery. You will partner with the engineering and development team to ensure timely execution to the acceptance criteria of the stakeholders. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise and will have an opportunity to shape the direction of the team through your contributions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Interacts with internal customers and across business teams to determine customer data or report requirements and translates them into requirements or user stories.
- Collects and tracks data and provides analysis through ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis and partnership to share insights and ensure understanding within the business.
- Uses data to depict or highlight key organization trends. Collaborates with businesses to identify insights, trends and potential opportunities, interventions and solutions to demonstrate business value.
- Develops and maintains analytical tools used by the business. Identifies and recommends opportunities to optimize system and reporting. May maintain relationships with data and software vendors.
- Assists with the development and communication of the data analytics strategy and operating plan.
- Assists the Lead Product Manager in day to day activities following the broader product portfolio strategy.
