ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, with a strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization. The Senior Data Analyst will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making by transforming raw data into actionable insights to support business functions such as sales, inventory, supply chain, and customer behavior. This individual will collaborate across teams to ensure the effective design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions, enabling key stakeholders to make informed decisions that optimize operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Support the optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP in the areas of Supply Chain Planning and Execution [Safety stocks, PFEP, segmenting, etc].
• Aiding and leading projects related to Supply Chain optimization.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

To be successful in this role, your experience and competencies are:

• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role with a focus on business intelligence and data analysis.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI or comparable Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools, demonstrating proficiency in data visualization, dashboard creation, and insightful reporting - expertise in Power BI and Excel (DAX, Power Query, custom visuals, and optimization).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion, specifically with Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, and Sourcing preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and deliver actionable insights
