As a Sr. Data Analytics Engineer, you will drive data-driven strategies and scalable analytics solutions across the organization. You will build automated systems, design efficient data models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn raw data into actionable insights—enhancing productivity, decision-making, and business growth.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $26.91/hour - $42.04/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. • Translate unstructured business problems into structured data solutions with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Finance teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Design and build scalable frameworks and data platforms to support fast, accurate, and reliable data delivery.
• Develop and maintain high-integrity data pipelines and data models using SQL, Python, and Airflow.
• Drive automation initiatives and integrate AI tools to streamline processes and improve decision-making.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis by creating scalable solutions that reduce manual intervention.
• Enhance data reliability, efficiency, and performance through continuous optimization and innovation.Maintain high engineering standards, perform code reviews, and
