JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Informatica ETL Administrator with 7 to 10 years of strong hands-on experience in managing and supporting Informatica environments. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC (Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud), and related ETL tools.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in application development

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of IBM DataStage, IBM Infosphere and data governance tools IBM Business automation, BAW (2–5 years minimum)
  • Exposure to hybrid/cloud ETL ecosystems
  • Familiarity with automation and DevOps tools related to data integration workflows
  • Informatica PowerCenter
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer and support Informatica PowerCenter versions 10.4.1, 10.5.2, 10.5.6, and latest versions
  • Strong experience in converting informatica versions (10.5.2/10.5.6) to IDMC world and work closely with informatica vendor
  • Manage IDMC platforms: configuration, integration, performance tuning, and administration
  • Perform environment migrations, patch upgrades, and version upgrades
  • Handle PowerExchange, DEI, and CDC setup and maintenance
  • Provide on-call support on a rotational basis with other team members
  • Oversee code deployment between environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod)
  • Write and maintain UNIX shell scripts in Linux environments
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and release management teams
  • Ensure proper JIRA tracking, change management, and knowledge documentation
