Description
Job Description Execute, monitor, and enhance Input Operations tasks such as data quality checks, validations, and sample maintenance. Ensure high-quality datasets across markets, resolving client concerns with root cause analysis. Drive process automation using R/Python/Excel Macros, with potential for ML/AI adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure timely, accurate delivery. Support statistical estimation, universe/sample design activities, and project execution across countries. Provide technical/process expertise for CIP deployment and support remote teams. Track KPIs to improve quality performance and maintain operational discipline. Operate effectively in a virtual, multicultural environment.
