Description

Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements. Drive best practices in data science. Ensure data quality and integrity in all processes. Mentor and guide junior data scientists. Stay updated with the latest trends in data science. Responsibilities include quarterly planning, bi-weekly stakeholder meetings, and driving strategic initiatives. Design, develop, and optimize fraud detections to proactively identify internal policy violations. Build robust ETL pipelines using Splunk, SQL (BigQuery), and Python to ingest data from internal and external sources. Own program roadmap planning, audits, and issue resolution in collaboration with stakeholders. Present strategic updates to senior leadership. Partner with senior leadership to identify data-driven opportunities for operational efficiency and business growth. Communicate effectively with technology and operational teams and support the development and adoption of methodologies. Support the buildout of comprehensive infrastructure to enable monitoring operations. 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
