Description

We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist to lead data-driven decision-making at THE CHEFZ. You’ll leverage machine learning, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics to solve business problems, optimize customer experience, and scale operations. Develop predictive and machine learning models for business use cases. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions. Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure scalable data pipelines and reliable access to high-quality data. Define and track KPIs to evaluate model performance and its contribution to business outcomes. Ensure compliance with data governance policies, PII/PCI protection standards, and SDAIA regulations. Mentor junior data scientists and promote a data-driven culture. 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics. Proficiency in Python and SQL; knowledge of R or equivalent statistical tools is a plus. Strong foundation in statistics, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms. Experience with MLOps tools and practices (model deployment, CI/CD, monitoring). Hands-on experience with big data frameworks and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, business-focused way to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong business acumen, with proven success applying data science to solve real business challenges. Familiarity with LLMs, recommendation systems, or generative AI is a strong plus.
