JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the Operations Client Reporting Data Validation Team, the Data Validation Analyst will report to Manager, Data Validation, and will be responsible for supporting the development of a data validation framework and driving data-driven process optimization for Client Reporting and Tax Operations.
This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of data, by drawing data validation methods and strategies, process automation and driving meaningful insights from structured and unstructured data.
The candidate will possess data analytics experience with a strong background in process improvement and data management . They will be expected to collaborate with key partners to help build and implement a data validation framework. The Data Validation Analyst will also work to investigate, improve, and redesign existing processes and pain points, with keen sense of finding the root cause of problems by sifting through data and metrics as well as strong interpersonal skills to lead change within diverse teams and skillsets.
