Hybrid Senior Database Administrator opportunity with an enterprise organization in Bridgeton, MO. In this role you will ensure the performance, reliability, and security of critical SQL Server databases. This is a high-visibility role where youll work with leadership, influence technology decisions, and keep core systems running at peak performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of hands-on SQL Server administration in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong skills in performance tuning, monitoring, and T-SQL/stored procedures.
  • Experience managing database security, upgrades, and change implementations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Microsoft SQL Server certification a plus.
