Description
Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements. Drive best practices in data science. Ensure data quality and integrity in all processes. Mentor and guide junior data scientists. Stay updated with the latest trends in data science. In your role as a Decision Scientist, you will: Research and define the challenges and limitations of the fine line between automated fraud and legitimate AI-driven engagements. You'll collaborate with internal and external partners to set the standard of the signals acquisition for agentic traffic. Track and measure performance against KPIs and goals to identify and mitigate fraud risk and enable growth Plan, drive and execute projects from start to finish, with partners across the company, to develop cutting edge, scalable and safe solutions Work with product and platform teams to develop cutting edge, scalable and safe products, to enhance the experience for our global customers Grow ongoing communication with partners across the company and share updates with senior leaders effectively and while translating complex problems into simpler terms Plan and measure experiments to analyze incremental value of new intelligence feeds, from internal teams or vendors Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree (or above) in one of the following: economics, finance, engineering, exact sciences, etc. 4+ years of hands-on experience in relevant positions, e.g.: decision scientist, data analyst, data scientist, product manager, background in identifying trends and patterns / risk management / law enforcement or military intelligence units Technical orientation; experience in SQL / Python / other programming language Independent, self-driven, with a strong sense of accountability. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, business mindset Quick-thinker, fast learner, self-starter, inquisitive, forward thinking Experience for AI Agentic engagements Experience with Device Intelligence Experience with automation tools/scripting Experience with internet protocols
