As a Sr. Demand Generation Manager in North area, you will be responsible in creating Demand in North Italy . This includes creating pipeline in working with external End Users and Specifiers focusing on Building Management Systems business, and managing the relationship with them. This role will manage also work in partnership with the Area Managers for that area. This includes extensive coordination with various Honeywell cross-functional team like Vertical Leaders, Offering Manager, ASE.
The portfolio to support are the different layers of Building, covering Field Devices (Wallmodules, valves, sensors,..), Controllers (Trend, Honeywell, SBC) and Softwares (Niagara, IQVision, PCD8, RBM, CEM,..) to Specifier, Partners and End Users.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Work on key demand generation initiatives in the area both individually and through bilateral collaboration with other Building Automation product divisions (Fire & Security)
  • Use and management of demand generation leads and opportunities through the Nex sales software tool
  • Responsible to deliver the DG assigned targets
  • Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships
  • Work on key demand generation initiatives on the Area
  • Travel up to 50%

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products and technologies
  • Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates
