Finpower Aircon LLC, a leading HVAC equipment manufacturer and solutions provider, is seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Design Engineer specializing in New Product Development for DX (Direct Expansion) and Unitary systems. The ideal candidate must be well-versed with industry standards including ESMA, ESTIDAMA and SASO and ready to drive design excellence for cutting-edge HVAC products.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC product design and development, especially with DX and Unitary systems.
• Strong expertise in new product development lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of ESMA, ESTIDAMA and SASO standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Previous experience working in UAE or Gulf markets is highly preferred.

Experience:

• HVAC Design: 5 years (Preferred)

• Lead new product development initiatives focusing on DX and Unitary HVAC systems.
• Design, develop, and optimize HVAC products in line with technical specifications and market demands.
• Ensure all designs comply with ESMA (Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology), SASO (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization) & ESTIDAMA standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to bring innovative HVAC solutions to market.
• Review vendor submittals, support testing, and oversee product validation and certification processes.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with HVAC industry trends and regulatory changes in the Gulf region.
