    Location: Remote work from anywhere in Canada. Occasional travel to client site may be required (expenses covered).

    Overview
    ISM is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Resource — a Senior Developer or Solution Architect — to support a strategic initiative within the telecommunications domain. This role will focus on implementing and optimizing the Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) module within the ServiceNow platform.
    The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and development, with hands-on experience in TSM, namely telecom-specific workflows, integrations, and service modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow TSM solutions tailored to telecom service delivery.
  • Architect scalable workflows and integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., OSS/BSS, CRM, NMS).
  • Customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, CMDB, and Product Catalog to meet business needs.
  • Implement and maintain service-aware CMDB aligned with CSDM standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure platform performance, scalability, and compliance with best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Support platform upgrades and release management with minimal disruption.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience.
  • Proven expertise with the Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) module.
  • Strong understanding of telecom service delivery models and workflows.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with CMDB, CSDM, and service mapping.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure) and data integration tools (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Exposure to ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Performance Analytics.
