SR. DEVELOPER (JAVA/PYTHON WITH FAST SEARCH API EXPERTISE)

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years experience with expertise in Java, Micro-services implementation, Python, and FAST Search API, Docker, EC2, Lambda, API gateway, SQS, build and deploy RAG solutions that integrate with enterprise IT system like ServiceNow.
• This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with FAST Search API.
• Advanced Python programming skills, including experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Minimum of 6 years in software development, with a focus on transportation management execution.
• Proven track record of developing and optimizing software solutions.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems efficiently.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Experience with other search APIs and technologies.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and related software.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Design, develop, and optimize software solutions using Java, Micro-services implementation, Python, and FAST Search API, Docker, EC2, Lambda, API gateway, SQS, build and deploy RAG solutions that integrate with enterprise IT system like ServiceNow.
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems within the transportation management domain.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining software solutions that enhance transportation management execution.
• DevOps and Data pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud platforms Azure or AWS
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solution implementation and roll out using LangChain, Pinecone
• Design and develop API for integration with Gen-AI models
• Address complex technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to improve system performance.
• Debug and resolve issues related to software and system functionality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality Solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
