Description:
This is your new job:
- Develop discrete ESD and TVS protection devices
- Develop innovative concepts in ESD/TVS protection based on customer requirements and front-end respectively backend technology boundaries
- Take the lead for the product and process architecture and performance in development projects
- Take over project lead for development or optimization projects
- Drive technical work packages for new product introduction in ESD&TVS protection
- Manage technical and quality requirements respectively changes and drive related solutions
- Analyze technical risks and develop & incorporate scenarios to overcome these
- Link up with technical community in ESD/TVS protection to bring in and influence technical development
- Upgrade and adapt own competence, use cross organizational sharing and learning and contribute to continuous processes improvement
- Support our R&D Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence initiatives
This is you:
- Master or PhD degree in semiconductor physics or technology, microelectronics or similar
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, depending on educational credentials
- Profound knowledge of semiconductor devices and industrial semiconductor technology
- Very good analytic and statistical skills
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g. Python) is a benefit
- Ambition to take ownership and initiative, target driven, “get things done” mentality
- Agility and passion to meet challenging customer requirements
- Leader and team player with a strong drive to achieve success
- Very good communication skills, fluent in English
