Responsibilities

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

This position is for a SPICE modeling expertise/project lead who will primarily work on the compact device model development with a focus on ML and automation efficiency enhancement.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development of SPICE models for FET device covering base band, high voltage, RF for GF technologies
  • Utilize machine learning to enhance the efficiency and productivity of compact model development
  • Lead model development project with emphasis on methodology enhancement and lesson learned.
  • Drive best practices in model extraction, QA/ validation & flow across model organizations

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
