ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering & Platform team, specializing in building and maintaining enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployment frameworks. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who thrive at the intersection of automation, cloud architecture, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize the infrastructure that powers our mission-critical applications across Azure and hybrid environments. You’ll work on automation at scale, ensuring that our systems are secure, resilient, and performant. Partnering closely with development, security, and operations teams, you will create reusable tooling, enforce best practices, and enable rapid, reliable delivery of applications across the enterprise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Architect, provision, and maintain infrastructure across Microsoft Azure services including AKS, ACR, Key Vault, Networking, and Storage.
  • CI/CD Implementation: Design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows for automated builds, testing, and deployments at scale.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Develop and manage reusable Terraform modules for consistent and repeatable deployments.
  • Automation & Scripting: Build automation scripts and tools using Python, PowerShell, and Bash to improve operational efficiency.
  • Container Orchestration: Deploy, manage, and secure workloads on Kubernetes (AKS), including Helm chart management and container image optimization.
  • Security & Compliance: Manage SSL/TLS certificates (issuance, renewal, and automation) and enforce enterprise security best practices.
  • Monitoring & Observability: Implement and maintain logging, metrics, and alerting using tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Linux Systems Administration: Configure, tune, and troubleshoot Linux-based environments for performance and reliability.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively within large, cross-functional enterprise teams to align infrastructure solutions with business needs.
  • Incident Management: Lead root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Cost Optimization: Analyze and optimize cloud usage to reduce operational costs while maintaining performance and availability.
