Data Axle is headquartered in Dallas, TX, USA. About Role: Data Axle is a leading B2B marketing company, specializing in providing data-driven marketing solutions to businesses. We help organizations optimize their marketing strategies through advanced analytics, targeted campaigns, and technology-driven solutions. We are looking for a creative and self-driven Senior Digital Designer to support our Local Marketing Solutions (LMS) division. In this individual-contributor role, you will translate marketing goals into engaging visual experiences across email, web, social, display, and video. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and help drive measurable results through performance-focused creative design. Candidates with experience in B2B marketing and developing assets for performance campaigns across multiple channels including social, email, search, and display will be strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Design high-impact digital assets including emails, landing pages, display ads, social creatives, web visuals, and presentations • Support performance marketing campaigns with data-driven creative variations to improve engagement and conversions • Create storyboards and concepts for digital campaigns, animations, and short-form videos (nice to have) • Review and refine creative deliverables to ensure brand consistency and messaging clarity • Partner closely with marketing, product, and content teams, managing timelines, revisions, and stakeholder expectations Qualifications 6–9 years of experience in digital design, preferably in B2B marketing or fast-paced in-house environments • Strong portfolio demonstrating performance driven creatives across multiple channels • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma/XD • Knowledge of designing responsive and mobile-first experiences • Experience in email design best practices; basic HTML/CSS is a plus • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and rationalize design decisions • Highly organized, proactive, and able to deliver independently with minimal supervision • Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field Disclaimer Data Axle India follows a merit-based employee recruitment practice with extensive screening steps.
