About the Role: Global Sales & Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartner's mission-critical sales priorities and works with sales & services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO team, you'll be at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartner's sales force, which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue and working to drive sustained double-digit growth. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales force comprised of more than 5,000 associates who sell to every major function, industry and market sector around the world. As a Senior Product Manager at Gartner, you will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative products that enable our clients to make smarter decisions. You will lead execution of some of the key products and technology initiatives as well as set guidance on strategic investments needed to pursue design and development efforts. You will work cross-functionally to identify market needs, define product vision, and ensure successful execution from concept to launch and beyond. This position will be based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India and will report into Product Director, Service Technology team. This fast-paced role will continue to build products and enable our service teams to engage with our clients, driving value, and ultimately retention with growth. What You Will Do: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Gartner’s mission and business objectives. Own the full product lifecycle, including product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration. Own and lead the end-to-end execution of key business and enterprise initiatives, thereby enabling the service teams to deliver business impact to our clients. Be a tactical thinker with emphasis on short-term goals, immediate actions leading to strategic thinking with focus on long-term goals, aligning actions with overall objectives through proactive decision-making and no limits mindset Analytical problem solving and using fact-based decision making to solve business problems Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on client value and business impact. Proven experience in product management, with a strong record of leading successful product launches Collaborate with cross-functional teams including products, services, sales, technology and partner with client services teams to deliver high-impact solutions Define and monitor key product metrics to measure performance and inform decision-making. Present product strategies, updates, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership. Mentor and support junior product managers and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence. Serve as the voice of the client, advocating for user-centric design and development. What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, research, or advisory services. Proven success in launching products and driving measurable business outcomes. Top-notch problem-solving skills leveraging systems and tools, optimized processes and ability to leverage Lean Product Principles to A/B test, measure success and continuously improvement Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities. Experience working in agile development environments. Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
