Implement solutions for interoperability between different digital workplace technologies. Develop and maintain governance policies ensuring compliance with security standards. Lead automation initiatives using the Power Platform while optimizing workflows. Act as a Subject Matter Expert, translating business needs into technical architecture. Requirements 7+ years supporting Microsoft 365 or related technologies in large-scale environments. 5+ years experience in solution architecture and administration of Microsoft 365. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 10+ years hands-on experience in enterprise deployments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
