Sr. Director, Analytics Operations We are looking for a Senior Director of Analytics Operations to join our team at PlayStation. This senior leader will lead a team that is responsible for ensuring the productive deployment of analytics resources against our most important corporate initiatives, optimizing & guiding an analytics operating model that drives the integration & operationalization of analytics initiatives across the company, and collaborating with cross functional partners (Finance, key business units) to track & measure incremental value creation & capture. We need a strategic, technically strong, and highly collaborative leader who can drive processes that support analytics at scale across multiple business units. The ideal candidate balances hands-on analytics operations expertise with team leadership, cross-functional partnership, and an ability to influence senior stakeholders. You excel at operationalizing processes that help us build automated, scalable analytics solutions that accelerate business performance. Key Responsibilities: Analytics Operating Model Drive analytics maturity by establishing frameworks, standards, and best practices that elevate data-driven decision-making across PlayStation Drive the ongoing optimization of the analytics operating model (people, process, tools) in the spirit of continuous improvement Ensure the appropriate agile ceremonies run consistently across all the relevant analytics teams and that teams are operating with clear product, operational and financial KPIs Identify areas of opportunity for improved and coordination both within analytics functions and with cross functional stakeholders Value Measurement and Capture: Collaborate closely with Finance and key business stakeholders to drive alignment and consistency on how incremental value is tracked and collected Work with the Data Science measurement team to demonstrate their work and to ensure all analytics initiatives across the portfolio are being tracked and measured appropriately Analytics Portfolio & Program Management Establish clear intake process for new initiatives and requests, and use the analytics portfolio management process to lead tradeoff discussions based on limited capacity Support program efforts for a limited number of select, high priority initiatives that require extensive cross functional collaboration as part of implementation Partner with the Corporate PMO function to ensure analytics-specific processes and resource management efforts support and integrate effectively into existing, broader corporate efforts Tooling Deployment & Configuration Analytics Collaboration Recommend and implement industry standard collaboration tools to drive effective prioritization and cross-team integration at scale Ensure tools are configured to optimize against analytics use cases while simultaneously allowing for seamless integration into other, broader corporate processes (Strategy, PMO, Technology) where appropriate Shared Services Alignment Work closely with critical cross functional partners (Finance, Strategy, etc.) to integrate with corporate processes, from budgeting to strategic planning. Agentic AI Process Engineering Excellence Lead a COE of process engineering resources that can be deployed against high priority Agentic AI use cased under development Experience 10+ years of experience in the various fields of analytics operations, including Product & Program management, Value Measurement. Prior experience successfully implementing and driving analytics operating models at enterprise scale is essential. Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree in related technical field or MBA a significant plus.
