We Are Hiring Location: Nashville, Tennessee Facility: Ascension St. Thomas Midtown Hospital Department: Construction Schedule: Days l Full-time l 40 hours per week What You Will Do Direct all planning, design, and construction projects, ensuring they align with organizational mission, strategy, and customer priorities. Oversee project budgets, schedules, cash flow, and funding compliance. Coordinate audits and report risks, issues, and key metrics to leadership. Define project contract parameters, communicate stakeholder expectations, and serve as the primary liaison for external firms to ensure safety, conduct, and operational standards. Drive business innovation, service strategies, and continuous process improvements through collaborative partnerships. Lead staff hiring, training, development, direction, and performance evaluations. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Manager Certification specializing in Healthcare Facilities preferred. Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)also accepted. Project Mgmt Professional preferred. Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. Additional Preferences Healthcare construction preferred.
