Job Description
The EMEA Marketing team is comprised of 4 Major dedicated field teams and a centralized team who work collaboratively to strategise, plan and execute on pan-EMEA campaigns, partner marketing, and events in collaboration with both global and local field teams. This leadership role is pivotal to the success of marketing in EMEA and has huge opportunity for innovation and expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 17 marketing experts across EMEA providing coaching, mentorship and performance development.
  • Bring to life the vision for the team and inspire and motivate your reports.
  • Have ultimate responsibility for EMEA wide integrated campaigns, strategic events – including our World Forum and Summit Series and major 3rd party events, and partner marketing.
  • Lead and transform EMEA campaign management from Brand to Demand to Loyalty to drive business results.
  • Provide leadership and insights into how marketing campaigns, demand generation and events affect business growth (pipeline acceleration, ROI etc).
  • Ensure that the resources match the company’s goals and established commercial objectives for demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Have a data-driven and analytically-minded approach to drive customer acquisition, retention and account-building.
  • Build capabilities to forecast trends and develop field strategies to meet them.
  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership, area marketing heads and global marketing to translate regional business requirements into marketing strategies and campaign plans that deliver significant pipeline and revenue impact across products and geographies
  • Play a key role in telling the ServiceNow story as the company continues a pace of record setting growth in the EMEA region.
  • Serve as a key partner in this growth by continuing to build ServiceNow’s brand and footprint through effective event strategies, broader demand generation, pipeline development and sales enablement.
