Significant experience leading USA Commercial strategy and execution within consumer-facing technology, payments, fintech, or a related industry. Proven track record in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, operations, finance and IT/technology. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives with a full 360 GTM and deliver measurable financial results and customer outcomes. Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations, successfully aligning and influencing multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable monetization plans.
