We’re seeking a Sr. Director of AI & Data Science to lead enterprise-wide AI initiatives for a global industry leader. This high-impact role will drive innovation, business transformation, and measurable outcomes through AI, data science, and advanced analytics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in AI, data science, or advanced analytics.
• Expertise in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• 5+ years leading high-performing data science teams.
• Strong track record of driving AI adoption and measurable ROI.
• Executive-level communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with AWS, distributed computing, and CI/CD environments is a plus.

• Partner with business leaders to identify and accelerate AI opportunities.
• Lead a global team of 16+ data scientists in developing scalable AI solutions.
• Translate technical AI concepts into business value for senior executives.
• Champion responsible AI practices, governance, and adoption across the organization.
• Build partnerships with industry leaders to strengthen AI initiatives.
• Oversee budget, resource allocation, and measurable business outcomes.
