YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a Director, AI Product responsible for spearheading the strategic adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence across the different business units inside OpexText. This role will focus on embedding AI into core business processes, enhancing productivity, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and change management capabilities to drive enterprise-wide transformation. Reporting into the Digital/IT organization, this role will pave the way to new ways of thinking on how we perform our operational duties.

Responsibilities

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Leading the technical vision of where to leverage Generative AI tools and technology to support our digital worker mandate.
  • Being an ambassador for leveraging our OpenText products and their AI capabilities to change the digital worker experience.
  • Acting as a key hands-on contributor, actively building and solving complex technical problems alongside our extended teams ("getting your hands dirty").
  • Defining and executing the enterprise AI roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Identifying high-impact use cases for AI across departments and functions.
  • Champion ethical and responsible AI practices.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure adoption and efficiency.
  • Engaging confidently with senior stakeholders (including C-level executives) to understand needs, present solutions, and drive adoption.
  • Developing strong opinions on AI tooling and methodologies, advocating for best practices.
  • Knowing how to fail fast based on benefits realized vs target value.
  • Drive cultural and behavioural change to embed AI into ways of working.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI trends and opportunities.
