Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of business plans and rapid response to customer needs. Champion customer-centric innovation by bridging internal silos and orchestrating joint initiatives Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical Engineering or other technical field Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration highly preferred At least 10 years experience in data center-related field with customer experience At lest 10 years experience leading and building high performing teams Lead High-Performing Global Teams: Inspire, develop, and empower a diverse, cross-functional business development organization, fostering collaboration across organizations and geographies to deliver seamless execution and rapid response to hyperscale customer needs. Architect and Execute Business Plans: Develop and operationalize robust 3-5 year strategic business plans focused on revenue growth, volume expansion, and profit optimization for key hyperscale customers and memory product lines (DDR, LPDDR, GDDR). Customer Centric Success: Forge deep partnerships with hyperscale customers, acting as their strategic advisor and advocate. Orchestrate Business and Technical Reviews: Lead quarterly business and technical reviews, ensuring customer feedback directly informs product and business strategy, and drives continuous improvement. Optimize Demand and Market Planning: Direct demand forecasting and total addressable market (TAM) planning for cloud customers, partnering with operations to align manufacturing and supply chain strategies with business objectives. Champion Customer Satisfaction and Results: Collaborate with Sales and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive superior business outcomes. Monitor Industry and Competitive Landscape: Continuously assess industry developments and competitor actions to inform business strategy, identify new growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
