Ruckus Networks a CommScope business, is looking to add a Regional Director of Sales to join our team to promote our RUCKUS Networks Product Portfolio. This role will cover the DACH & CEE Regions and report into the Vice President of Sales for EMEA

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:

  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a dedication to building successful teams.
  • 5+ years in building a business based both on solutions sold via channel partners, as well as the capacity to drive demand and build preference with major accounts.

YOU WILL EXCITE US IF YOU HAVE:

  • The ability to build and own a well-oiled sales operations/execution machine while implementing a detailed, measurable and repeatable process.
  • Functional experiences in sales and business development with experience managing and working with cross-functional teams.
  • A shown ability to personally sell and close large enterprise deals.
  • A proven ability to consistently identify, attract and develop “A” level sales talent. Able to attract key individuals.
  • Technical proficiency and the skill to credibly articulate high-level technical features and benefits.
  • Previous knowledge of the networking space.
