This role leads business intelligence, operational reporting, and project management functions to support Conexons rapid FTTH expansion and drive data informed decision making across the organization. This role exists to align data strategy with business goals, ensuring accurate insights into key metrics such as growth, customer performance, and operational efficiency. Success in this role means delivering scalable BI solutions aligned with the company’s broadband business objectives, including increasing market share, revenue growth, operational improvements and excellence. The role will empower teams with actionable insights and consistently drive measurable improvements in performance and strategic outcomes. This position collaborates with stakeholders to define critical performance metrics such as customer acquisition, churn, ARPA (Average Revenue Per Account), customer penetration rates and operational metrics, while partnering with Development to ensure data warehouse architecture and BI tools and vendors are scalable, accurate and effective. Prior experience in Broadband operations is required. In this position, you will be key in providing guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders on a wide variety of issues, including interaction with Sr. Executive staff. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive required outcomes.
