A fast-growing and acquisitive global public company is looking for a strong, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Director of Finance reporting directly to the Vice President of FP&A. This represents an opportunity to work in a key finance leadership role with significant levels of executive visibility. This role must pay great attention to detail, deliver results, and operate cross-functionally in a rapidly changing environment. This role is a critical business partner for our Chromatography Resins & Proteins Business Unit (BU) and will focus on enhancing growth, profitability, and long-term value creation as the business continues to scale. Responsibilities Partner with the BU VP & General Manager to scale a fast growing, profitable segment of the company Partner with product line leaders to challenge current business assumptions and drive initiatives to further expand profitability and sales growth Influence decision-making to prioritize long-term value creation by the BU Own the monthly reporting package and work with stakeholders to constantly improve management’s access to relevant financial data Lead the forecast, budget, and strategic planning processes for the BU Work with Product Management to establish KPIs and operating mechanisms to guide decision making and strategic investments Lead the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) financial presentation materials and present to senior management Work with the Sales Operations team to enhance reporting, predictive analytics, and actionable insights for our leadership team Partner with R&D to support new product introductions Collaborate across departments (Operations, Sales, Product Management, R&D, etc.) to provide support, identify key trends and issues, resolve challenges, and implement process improvements Partner with the Business Development team on M&A activities, as required Partner with the VP of FP&A to evolve our finance processes to be more effective & efficient Ad-hoc financial analysis and analytical modeling, as required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting 10 - 15 + years of relevant financial leadership experience in a complex, multinational, multi-site manufacturing & product development environment Strong professional communication and facilitation skills across all levels of management & staff Demonstrated focus on being able to translate complex data & metrics into simple and actionable value-added business insight Proven ability to identify, lead and drive process improvements on a global scale Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data What Repligen Offers Our mission is to inspire advances in bioprocessing as a trusted partner in the production of biologic drugs that improve human health worldwide. The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $197,000-302,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
