POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you a visionary leader who thrives in a people-first culture and excels at building lasting client relationships? Adelman Travel seeking a strategic, customer-focused Senior Director of Client Success to lead our Client Success team in delivering exceptional service and value to our clients, while simultaneously driving retention and promoting growth. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping the client success roadmap and fostering a high-performance culture.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND TALENT:

  • Experience developing and maintaining strategic global supplier relationships and managing key partnerships, with an established ability to analyze and comprehend complex data and negotiate profitable contracts.
  • Proven ability to use leadership and independent judgement to coach, develop, manage and lead in order to create an engaged, motivated and highly successful team.
  • Demonstrated by five plus years’ experience with leading inspired teams.
  • Aptitude and ability to learn and familiarize yourself with new and ever-changing technology.
  • Robust interpersonal and relationship skills with the ability to get along with a wide variety of personalities.
  • Eight plus years B2B experience with market knowledge and competitor awareness, a willingness to learn and understand regional product offerings, global service expectations and business culture.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills along with the ability to articulate and comfortably presenting materials to executive level audiences within an organization.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% annually, mainly domestic.
