This position is responsible for overall design, implementation, communication and administration of the organization’s compensation programs; ensure compensation programs and practices support the organization’s strategic objectives and the Human Resources value proposition to attract, develop and retain high quality diverse employees for the corporation; lead and manage the compensation policy and salary administration programs; represent the company in external audits; and ensure the Service Center has clear understanding of compensation policies and procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
