We are seeking a visionary Sr. Director - Creative Strategy to lead creative for a portfolio of eight consumer brands in the fast-moving, highly competitive prepaid wireless market. Reporting directly to the Verizon Value VP of Marketing / CMO, you will be the creative thought leader, guiding top-tier external agencies while providing hands-on direction to a small internal team. Your mission is to raise the creative bar, accelerate speed and agility, and push creative boundaries to make our brands stand out.
Scope
You will lead work backed by a significant media budget, seen by millions of people, and displayed in tens of thousands of physical stores.
This is a newly created function, so you will build your team from the ground up, evaluating candidates for their design, art direction, and copywriting skills. This role demands a hands-on leader with deep roots in visual storytelling—someone who still thinks in layouts, color, and composition, not just decks. We need a creative builder who leads from the front and inspires teams through concept, craft, and a clear vision.
