Position Overview:

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop the unique reason for being for each type of content throughout the site and ensure that each is leveraged correctly and thoughtfully
  • Build ecommerce specific content calendars based on consumer behavior and interest insights and commercial goals
  • Support differentiated regional strategies – and strike the right balance between global consistency and regional requirements. Partner with global and regional commercial leaders to set clear plans that maximize global consistency, yet links the right solutions to win in key markets through locally differentiated content choices
  • Establish a strong focus on storytelling
  • Ensure productivity improvements across all consumer touchpoints through content
  • Ability to distill data into insights and actions: Drive content optimization ensuring ever-improving performance
  • Partner with peers across the enterprise, including but not limited to, Marketing, Data and Analytics, Trade, Merchandising, Planning and IT to define content calendars and its commercial outputs - enabling our aspiration to be a global leader through the lens of dynamic and enriching content
  • In partnership with Brand, develop rich editorial content that informs, engages and attracts both new and loyal consumers
  • Partner with the business and insights leaders to understand the unique content needs at given points in the digital journey and maximize each interaction accordingly
  • Work closely with brand and marketing leadership to ensure that the digital content is supportive of the greater vision and ambition. Create a feedback loop such that data is fed into the ecosystem and optimized for future iterations
  • Partner with internal agency to manage product photography and product content vision, strategy and delivery
  • Partner with UX and IT to ensure delivery of content is in line with consumer’s expectations
  • Develop calendars and set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all content types across the ecosystem
  • Ensure smooth and reliable delivery of content to all form factors and channels
  • Streamline the generation of all content types to maximize speed-to-market and operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement a strong technology-enabled content publishing and optimization system that leverages automation while maintaining and nurturing CG’s unique brand voice
  • Manage and implement integrations with 3rd-party technology platforms and services in service to the content journey
  • Supervise quality assurance processes, integration, and ongoing reviews of content to ensure maintained relevancy and accuracy
  • Identify new and emerging content types, technologies and trends and bring ideas on how we can build on them to innovate
