Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and coach Event Management team leads to ensure top-tier client service, providing guidance on performance and development.
  • Act as a strategic contact for key clients, supporting consistency, service quality, and relationship strength.
  • Design and implement workflows and processes that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency; monitor KPIs for improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with Centralized Resourcing on client needs, project staffing, and resource forecasting.
  • Partner with departments like Accounts & Sales and Agency Alignment to align client operations with business goals; serve on Ways of Working Leadership Team.
  • Report regularly on performance, client satisfaction, and operational metrics using data to inform strategic recommendations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

May manage 5-10 direct reports within Event Management, ranging from Event Managers to Senior Directors.
