We’re looking for a strong, senior individual with deep experience in driving growth through product & organic marketing strategies for consumer products. This person will have a deep understanding of user needs for our existing and future audience, as well as a strong perspective on what it takes to drive organic & viral growth. This is a perfect role for a hands-on, data-driven, consumer tech product & growth marketer that has an intuitive understanding of how to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities across the entire user funnel to drive organic acquisition, activation, and retention. You are eager to learn and explore, comfortable creating clarity from ambiguity, and asking “what if?” We want a creative thinker who is always chasing down big, never-done-before ideas and tactics to drive growth in bold and innovative ways.

As the BLK Head of Growth Sr. Director , you will be responsible for:

  • Growing BLK’s user base, increasing MAU, and improving retention.
  • Ensuring BLK’s brand voice, identity, and messaging remain consistent and authentic.
  • Expanding BLK’s cultural relevance and deepening engagement within the Black community.
  • Identifying and leveraging data-driven insights to drive organic and viral growth.

This highly cross-functional role blends product-led growth, brand marketing, and community engagement to ensure BLK isn’t just growing—it’s growing in the right way, with the right message and the right cultural impact.
