Summary: The Senior Director Product for Data & Analytics will lead the strategy, development, and agile execution of Envision’s internal and customer-facing data and analytics products. This role will manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions that align with organizational strategy. The Senior Director of Product will also drive agile delivery excellence, overseeing Scrum practices and facilitating collaboration across multiple agile teams. By focusing on product strategy, user adoption, and continuous improvement, this role ensures data products are built on solid data foundations, enhance analytical capabilities, improve data literacy for users, comply with governance standards, and foster innovation in how the organization leverages data

• Proven track record leading agile transformations and managing multiple Scrum teams concurrently.
• Expert knowledge of agile methodologies, Scrum practices, product management tools, and techniques.
• Strong experience managing data-driven products, preferably within healthcare or similar regulated industries.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team of data product owners, driving alignment, clarity, and effective execution of product strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities with a keen ability to translate business objectives into actionable product strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in product management, agile project management, and delivery, in data-intensive environments
• 5+ years in in a leadership role required.
• Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Agile Project Management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification.
