Build and scale a best-in-class education center, including self-service content, group learning, peer accountability programs, and premium coaching. Champion thought leadership through compelling presentations, videos, and written content that elevate the Pax8 Academy brand. Represent Pax8 at industry and company events, inspiring and educating partners. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and deliver on Academy objectives and long-term plans. Oversee international expansion efforts, ensuring global consistency and excellence. Foster alignment across internal teams to maximize Academy impact. 🧠 What You Bring: 10+ years of leadership experience in managed service provider (MSP) operations. 10+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams. Deep expertise in MSP operational development and consultative enablement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Wrike, and ServiceNow. A flexible, agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills—you know how to captivate a room and simplify complex ideas. Compensation Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $194,000/yr to $242,000/yr depending on experience.
