JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr. Director of Brokerage will be responsible for leading and growing the freight brokerage division within the organization. This executive role will focus on strategic planning, operational excellence, business development, carrier relationships, and ensuring the highest levels of service and profitability. The VP will drive revenue growth, optimize cost structures, and enhance customer satisfaction by developing and executing best-in-class logistics solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of growing and leading a successful freight brokerage division.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of freight brokerage operations, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and other logistics technology platforms.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align brokerage operations with overall company goals and objectives.
