Define and execute a cloud-first strategy that modernizes supply chain platforms across demand planning, supply planning, order management, and logistics execution. Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based ecosystems leveraging SaaS, PaaS, and cloud-native development. Engineering & Modernization Lead engineering teams to design, build, and integrate modern supply chain systems using cloud, microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures. Drive adoption of AI/GenAI, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation (RPA) to eliminate manual workflows and improve forecasting accuracy. Act as a visible change agent for cloud and technology led transformation, accelerating enterprise-wide adoption of digital supply chain capabilities. Proven leadership in cloud engineering and architecture for enterprise supply chain ecosystems. Showcasing an ability to deliver business proven results, that are cleared measured against defined and agreed KPIs. Hands on experience modernizing ERP, planning and logistics platforms through cloud migration, APIs, and AI/automation Strong background in data engineering, event-driven systems, and real-time analytics. Experience leading DevOps and engineering teams at scale. Deep expertise in vendor management, cloud cost optimization, and strategic technology partnerships. Collaborative leadership style with a track record of aligning executive stakeholders around technology engineering initiatives. 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles with a strong emphasis on cloud, engineering, and supply chain systems. With a demonstrable capability in uplifting talent and engineering practices. Expertise in modern planning platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, O9, Logility) with a focus on cloud integration and modernization. Demonstrated success in driving global supply chain digital transformation with cloud-native solutions and AI. Understanding of the role ERP solutions play in the Supply Chain processes including Order to Cash and Logistics Execution. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field, or applicable experience; advanced certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), Agile, ITIL, or AI strategy preferred. The base salary range for this position is $172,900.00 to $259,300.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
