Overview:
The Sr. Director of Integrated Solutions and AI Engineering will be responsible for designing and development of Integrated Data and AI Agentic technology solutions in close partnership with multiple RealPage products, engineering, and Cloud Operations teams. This role will drive integrated structured and unstructured Data solutions and AI Agentic adoption, manage risk, and ensure alignment between Integrated Data AI Agentic initiatives and organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Full Stack development and AI implementation, risk management, technical project mgmt., and change management, as well as the ability to foster collaboration across technical and business teams to deliver integrated Data and AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide Data integration and AI Agentic platform integration, deployment and Full Stack development
• Be able to understand RealPage product software architecture quickly for integrated data dependencies
• Understand Data integration and AI Agentic needs across RealPage products and create integrated solutions cross AI Agentic providers and on-prem Data Center
• Evaluate Integrated solutions and AI Agentic technology adoption from a business risk perspective
• Monitor Integrated solutions and AI Agentic trends and assess their impact on business operations and client services
• Develop structured Integrated solution and AI Agentic adoption strategies to optimize internal workflows and enhance client engagement
• Provide transparency in Integrated Data solution and AI Agentic strategy execution through regular status updates and risk assessments
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between business, technology, and client-facing teams
• Establish governance frameworks for Integrated Data solution and AI Agentic implementation and risk mitigation
• Provide technology expertise to business and technology leads, partnering with business units to shape and promote the direction, vision, and strategy for the engineering team across the company
• Identify and escalate critical system components requiring observability
• Participates in project planning to ensure effective use of technology and/or business process to meet customers’ needs
• Partner and train engineers and engineering leaders across the cross functional organizations
• Establish shared services function to govern best practices across product lines, application groups and CIO functional organizations

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• In-depth knowledge of Software development in Python/Java, DB and AI Agentic technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing and AI Agentic
• Strong analytical skills to assess integrated API, structured and unstructured Data solutions and AI Agentic trends and their impact on business operations.
• Ability to develop and implement integrated Data solution and AI Agentic strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Demonstrated track record as a change agent, building innovative software data solutions to meet market needs
• Must be able to think strategically and effectively to translate data into measurable insights
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high growth organization
• Established leadership of multi-level direct reports, effective in building team capability, developing talent, and building bench strength
• Experience with leading engineering teams in Cloud-native technologies
• Experience in building large scale distributed enterprise platforms with focus on performance, scale, security, availability, and reliability
• Proven track record of developing scalable enterprise solutions
• Experience with on-premises based Private Cloud and Public Cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS
• Experience in working in and managing Agile scrum global teams with daily morning standups
• Project management skills, strong organization, project lifecycle and planning skills
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and cognitive abilities with technical and clinical acumen to identify opportunities and solve market/customer challenges
• Strategic analysis/creative problem solving, business judgment and financial acuity required
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; strong verbal and written communications and conflict management skills
