POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive growth
• Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing marketing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
• Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts
• Experience in developing and managing brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity, to enhance brand equity
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to achieve unified business objectives
• Proficient in managing marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources, and demonstrating a strong ROI on marketing initiatives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas, strategies, and reports clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders, including executive leadership
