Set priorities and OKRs; promote a culture of accountability and agility. Champion a developer-first marketing approach within the AI community. Drive integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Elevate the brand presence on key industry platforms and events. Oversee pipeline-generating programs in collaboration with sales. Own the marketing budget and performance metrics reporting. Requirements 6+ years of marketing experience, especially in leadership roles. Deep expertise in developer tools, particularly within AI. Track record of driving growth in early-to-mid stage startups. Strong instincts for developer-led and product-led growth strategies. Experience in managing cross-functional marketing teams. Ability to operate hands-on and expedite decision-making under uncertainty. Background in Developer Relations or related growth strategies is a plus.
