Senior Director, Regional Operations Lead with Heart. Grow with Purpose. The Senior Director of Regional Operations, will oversee new market areas in our U.S. company-operated business. What You’ll Do You’ll lead 3–4 Regional Directors, guiding a market of 300–400 coffeehouses with a strong presence in stores (about 80% of your time).
