To continue driving this mission, we are seeking a dynamic, strategic Senior Director of Product Management to shape and scale our Pharmacy Automation portfolio across hardware, software, and SaaS solutions. In this leadership role, you will define a multi-year product vision that balances innovation with portfolio performance to deliver measurable growth and improved pharmacy operations and patient outcomes. As the Senior Director, you will own the portfolio strategy end-to-end—guiding key investments, pricing models, and lifecycle decisions to expand recurring revenue and accelerate market adoption. You will build, mentor, and advocate for a high-performing team of Product Managers, establishing standards of product excellence and coaching them toward commercial and strategic success. Beyond internal team leadership, you will act as a key commercial partner: driving SaaS transitions, collaborating closely with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, and engaging directly with strategic customers to translate complex operational challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions. To thrive in this role, you should bring 12+ years of dedicated product management experience, including 5+ years in progressive leadership positions, with a demonstrated track record of success in SaaS and software product environments. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field is also required. Below you will find additional responsibilities: * Align product strategy with business objectives, growth targets, and innovation priorities. * Guide portfolio investment and lifecycle decisions across hardware, software, and SaaS offerings to optimize performance and long-term value. * Oversee product lifecycle management and portfolio performance, leveraging performance KPIs to guide investment, prioritization, and continuous optimization for customer value, growth, and efficiency. * Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies to drive revenue growth. * Drive product-led growth initiatives to accelerate adoption, expansion, and customer value realization. * Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations on go-to-market strategy. * Lead Voice of Customer programs. * Conduct market, competitive, and workflow analysis. * Translate customer and market insights into clear product priorities and roadmap decisions.
