QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in relevant experience field
  • 15 years of relevant experience leading Sales teams.
  • 6+ years of management experience; or equivalent experience as the subject matter lead or expert in area of expertise
  • Fluent in English, ideally conversational in another European language.
  • Superior presentation skills.
  • Be an expert across EMEA – with a focus on PanEu countries – Building on established relationships.
  • Sales
  • Product and Assortment expert aligned to Buying Groups, Specialty account, Key Account.
  • Demonstrate excellent people leader skills.
  • Proven Experience working with apparel and/or footwear

Responsibilities

Lead and grow our sales operations across multiple pan European Accounts, through European markets.
This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with pan European key Accounts, specifically JD, and other partners across the region. This role will also lead our Digital Sales team to drive growth across key channels.
When it applies (e.g. JD), this role takes a global responsibility that can go from coordination (e.g. core range, Brand SinS, activation calendar…) to leading (e.g. selling in part or all the business…) the Customer(s) for its Global business.
Working in partnership with other PODs leaders, across channels (wholesales) and internal functions to enable sustainable growth matching our LRP ambition.
