JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Director, Patient Support Programs (PSP), Operations, is an innovative leader responsible for steering the strategic direction of McKesson Canada’s Patient Support organization. Reporting directly to the Vice President, PSP, this role is pivotal in transforming strategic priorities into operational success. This includes leading a large national, diverse team across multiple patient support programs to deliver high-impact services that improve access, adherence and outcomes for patients across Canada, while driving alignment, engagement and operational excellence at scale.
The Senior Director is accountable for developing and executing patient support program strategies that ensure operational excellence, financial discipline, and patient-centric service delivery. They act as a key connector between business objectives and frontline execution—empowering leaders, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and advancing the overall vision for PSP. The role demands a balance of strategic foresight, operational oversight, and transformative leadership to align with the priorities of McKesson Specialty Health and McKesson Canada.
Location: 2300 Meadowvale Blvd, Mississauga, ON
Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our designated office location. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.
